Welcome. I’m happy to see you here.
Emma Bewer – DHP Acc.Hyp.
Hypnotherapist/Trainee Hypno-Psychotherapist
I am Emma, a fully qualified Hypnotherapist, Trainee Hypno-Psycotherapist and Kundalini Yoga Teacher
As a practitioner in the fields of Hypnotherapy, a dedicated trainee in Hypno-Psychotherapy, and a Kundalini Yoga instructor, I bring a unique blend of skills and personal qualities to my therapeutic practice. I’m a trustworthy, deeply empathetic, and non-judgmental individual who is genuinely interested in helping clients along their path to self-discovery and healing.I foster a safe and encouraging space for clients. My dedication lies in supporting you as you navigate life’s complexities, empowering you to chart your own course through challenges, all while prioritizing your overall well-being.
My journey into the world of therapy began in 2019. Upon successful completion of my training program, I will earn the title of a certified Hypno-Psychotherapist, accredited by the UKCP (please note that I currently hold a trainee membership with UKCP). An essential aspect of my training involves nearly two years of personal therapy, which equips me with a profound understanding of the therapeutic relationship from a client’s perspective. It also ensures that I maintain a clear distinction between my personal process and that of my clients.
My Approach
I embrace a person-centred philosophy at the centre of my approach, fostering a therapeutic alliance based on the belief in your innate capacity to grow, adapt, and create positive change. I regard my role as deeply attentive to your unique perspective and place in the world.
I believe in an integrated approach to therapy, where I combine the power of hypnotherapy with additional training in psychotherapeutic techniques and Kundalini Yoga to provide a more holistic and effective experience for my clients.
As a Trainee UKCP Hypno-Psychotherapist, I am dedicated to upholding the ethical standards set forth by the UKCP. These standards are fundamental to our therapeutic relationship, ensuring trust and professionalism.
